YACVic Conference

Youth Affairs Council Victoria were working with VEE to plan a conference in 5 different locations across Victoria at the same time over 3 days. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, the event was postponed and then moved online. We worked with Hopin to develop an online execution of the event, connected with the speakers to train them on the tech, planned the attendee experience, and worked with Comms to develop a communications strategy.
