Australian National University engaged us to turn a seemingly ordinary University Open Day into an immersive experience for prospective students on campus and an engaging experience for those unable to be in Canberra for Open Day. Employed by the Marketing team, our aim was to convert pre-registered high school students by showcasing the community and culture of the University. We engaged with 2,772 + on campus during the day and reached 58,307 digitally.
We worked with the ANU School of Music to curate a range of student musicians to preform in the new outdoor amphitheatre. We created a giant Guess Who board featuring ANU Alumni. We worked with different Schools at the University to activate all areas of the new campus.
We created a brainwave reader to identify topics of interest and suggested study paths for the enrolled students - that was fun!
We sourced & printed merchandise, we assisted with the ticketing and registration, brought in portable wifi to cope with the expected usage.
Over 19,000 views of the Facebook interactive live streams. It was deemed so successful that we ran an International Open Day stream a month later which received over 14,000 views.
