Overview
VEE Agency was engaged by an International client, SolaX Power to deliver a premium corporate dinner for key industry stakeholders, designed to elevate brand perception and create a polished, high-impact guest experience within a luxury venue setting.
Delivery
VEE managed the event end-to-end, overseeing creative direction, production, run-sheets, AV, staging, and on-site delivery. The experience balanced refined hospitality with strong brand storytelling, supported by large-scale LED screens and seamless event flow.
The evening was hosted by AFL great Robert DiPierdomenico (Hawthorn Football Club) and Max Gawn (Melbourne Football Club), adding personality, credibility, and energy while maintaining a professional, executive tone.
